Valve conforms with the leadfreerequirements of NSF61, Section 9, 1997; Federal Public Law 111-380 and ADA requirements.
An anti-squirt bubbler with mouthguard for directing water into the lavatory. This option should be specified where mouthguards are required by local codes.
This option provides unit housing with 12 gage (0.109") thick stainless steel in lieu of standard. This option is available only for Security Fixtures
This option provides standard 2-3/8" O.D. Toilet bowl P-trap and includes an integral 3" O.D. plain end outlet connection that extends 3" beyond the rear of the fixture. This option will not alter the fixture flush valve rating or waste outlet rough-in location and still allows for passage of 2-1/8” diameter ball.
This option provides an anti-squirt bubbler without a mouthguard.
Please note assemby does not include tee. This option provides a 6" stainless steel four prong hook in the cleanout. Hook is connected to 31" steel wire rope and is connected to a 4" brass plug with a 4-1/2" bolt. Plug to bolt connection is water tight.
With this specification, the inlet consists of a slip joint O-ring connection and permits a plus or minus 1/2" horizontal adjustment. The outlet is 4" no-hub.
With this specification, the inlet consists of a slip joint O-ring connection and permits a plus or minus 1/2" horizontal adjustment. The outlet is 3" no-hub.
This option is to have the trim installed at the Acorn Engineering factory. The trim includes pushbutton(s), Bubbler, Spout, etc. This option saves time on installation in the field.
Selection of this option provides a durable, chip resistant color coat finish to the exterior of the fixture. See the Color Selection Sheet for standard colors; custom colors may be specified
This option provides a flange which will accommodate a wax or rubber seal ring This is a standard feature on floor outlet and front access (Suffix Option -FA) models but must be specified on other models.
Use of this option provides a vandal and suicide resistant drinking bubbler which is designed to prevent use as a suicide device. Additionally, the bubbler design inhibits its use as a device to dislocate and remove handcuffs in a correctional facility. Recommended use is with optional -PBH Hemispherical Pushbutton.
Toilet design that works utilizing 1.28 gallons (4.85 liters) per flush, thereby reducing water consumption.
This option provides a recessed toilet paper holder which accommodates standard sized rolls. The holder is fabricated out of stainless steel and is welded into the body of the fixture.Indicate location.
This option only available for use with optional Cleanout with O-ring (-CO1). This brass plug has a permanent stainless steel pin which extends downward to prevent large objects from passing through the waste piping. It is ideal for preventing mainline stoppages.
9VDC Programmable Piezo button(s) with 10’ foot connection leads are operated by touching piezo cap to activate solenoid valve. Button(s) have a default 8 second metered flow, but can be programed for additional time on site. Flow cycle can be stopped by touching the Piezo cap before the flow cycle ends. Button(s) are powered by 9VDC transformer or optional 6 AA battery pack (Batteries Not Included).
This galvanized steel sleeve provides an opening in the wall for fixture mounting and becomes an integral part of the wall. The sleeve is typical useful in a rear mount/chase application.
The -VG3 side pattern for rectangular cabinets, measuring 8-3/4”, provides a free area of 20 square inches. An integral grille punching can be provided on most Penal-Ware cabinet showers , combys, and lavatories, making economical use of the wall opening behind the fixture for room ventilation. They are regularly furnished with 1/4" square holes located on 1/2" centers, which are punched into the cabinet.
This option provides a full size, 16 gage galvanized steel template to aid in the rough-in of fixtures. Only one template required per job.
Use of this option eliminates the requirement to provide electrical power and wiring for units with -MVC1 Time-Trol. Each solenoid valve is powered by a concealed 9 volt battery (Not included).
Use of this option eliminates the requirement to provide electrical power and wiring for units with -MVC2 Time-Trol. Each solenoid valve is powered by a concealed 9 volt battery (Not included).
This hot and cold valve is for use with Time-Trol Valve Controllers. The 24V solenoid valve features pushbutton activation and is provided with a stainless steel strainer and integral checkstop. Valve conforms with the lead free requirements of NSF61, Section 9, 1997 and ADA requirements.
Provides an Acorn Time-Trol System for limiting frequency of flush valve operation through electronic control of a solenoid flush valve. Pushbutton conforms to ADA requirements using less than 5 lbs. to activate. Refer to individual MVC catalog sheets in Valves section for technical data.
This option is for the flush valve to be activated by a hydraulic pushbutton. This option is ADA compliant to be activated by 5 pounds of force or less. This is only available as a concealed flush valve (typically for toilet with a rear or wall supply configuration).
This option eliminates the requirement to manually reset the Flood-trol valve assembly by substituting a float tank for the reset button assembly. Flush valve becomes operable automatically after the flood condition has been corrected.
Toilet/Urinal flush valves can be opted out as it would be supplied by others and not by Acorn.
For use where wall thickness exceeds 2", this option allows the slip joint nut to be more accessible, making installation easier. The outlets at each end are NPT male threaded. Flush valve must be specified separately.
This option is for customer specified size, shape, and location of punching for valve or spout by others. Faucet/trim are not provided. The selection of this option presupposes that this fixture will not be using Acorn Air-Control™ valves or Electronic Val
Provides an Acorn Time-Trol System for limiting frequency of flush valve operation through electronic control of a solenoid flush valve. Pushbutton conforms to ADA requirements using less than 5 lbs. to activate. This option provides an Acorn Time-Trol System for limiting frequency of flush valve operation with an anti-flood system. The system prevents toilet water overflow by shutting off the water supply from the flush valve.
Sister company Acorn Vac supplies means to evacuate plumbing waste through a vacuum system. The interface of atmospheric pressure at the toilet bowl and a constant vacuum pressure in the waste piping network provides a highly efficient flush, using only half gallon (1.89 liter) of water. When the push button is activated, the Extraction Valve opens, allowing atmospheric pressure to push toilet waste into the vacuum piping and toward the vacuum center. A water valve is simultaneously activated, allowing the toilet to be rinsed and refilled.
This options allows you to get the fixture without a punching for a flush valve. Typically, this option is used for units with remote activation.
This single temperature valve is for use with the Time-Trol Valve Controller. The 24V solenoid valve features pushbutton activation and is provided with a stainless steel strainer and integral checkstop. Valve conforms with the lead free requirements of NSF61, Section 9, 1997 and ADA requirements.
This unique Acorn anti-flood system prevents toilet water overflow by shutting off the water supply from the flush valve. A reset button in the chase area reactivates the system only after the waste line has been cleared.
