Unlike fragile china fixtures, our durable 16 gage type 304 stainless steel units can withstand the most strenuous use, and will provide decades of impeccable quality. And there’s no need for new plumbing—our stainless steel fixtures will match the rough-in dimensions of most existing china toilets in commercial, industrial, and educational facilities, saving you time, money, and valuable resources. If stainless steel isn’t what you’re looking for, our toilets can be powdercoated in the color of your choice.
Replace a vitreous china fixture for the last time, and “go green” doing it! Along with all Acorn Engineering plumbing products, our replacement toilets are made from 80 percent recycled stainless steel: the material of choice from the company’s beginning in 1954. This stainless steel “footprint” is an eco-friendly and economical feature. Recycled content contributes to sustainability and lasts the lifetime of the building. Replacement toilets are also compatible with water-saving flush valves, with no special modifications required. Water-saving features contribute to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

The R2100 is designed to replace a variety of existing front mount wallhung fixtures with 3-point mounting. Unit includes a contoured integral seat with satin finish in addition to punching for a hinged seat by others. Unit is fabricated from 16 gage, type 304 stainless steel and is seamless welded construction with exposed exterior & interior surfaces having a satin finish.
Toilet is Blowout Jet type with elongated bowl manufactured to ASME A112.19.3-2008 and CSA B45.4-2008 requirements and will flush with a minimum of 25 PSI flow pressure when used in conjunction with an appropriate flush valve. Trap has a minimum 3-1/2" seal, will pass a 2-1/8" ball and is fully enclosed. Wall flange is reinforced for maximum strength and includes 1-1/2" NPT flushing inlet connection and gasket waste outlet.

The R2141 -3 Closet Fixture is designed to replace a variety of existing front mount, free standing, on-floor fixtures with bottom waste outlet. Unit includes a contoured integral seat in addition to punching for hinged seat by others, a fully enclosed back and intended to meet most popular roughins at 10" and 12" from finished wall. Unit is fabricated from 16 gage, type 304 stainless steel and is seamless welded construction with exposed exterior & interior surfaces having a satin finish.
Toilet is Siphon Jet type with elongated bowl manufactured to ASME A112.19.3-2008 and CSA B45.4-2008 requirements and will flush with a minimum of 25 PSI flow pressure when used in conjunction with an appropriate flush valve.
