  • Who should I contact to find out who my local Acorn Representative is?

  • Who should I contact to find out who my local Representatives for other Acorn Divisions/Subsidiaries are?

  • Does Acorn make products for Residential bath applications?

  • How do I go about ordering product literature, video's, etc.?

    If you are not an Acorn Rep:
      contact your local Acorn Representative.

    If you are an Acorn Rep:
    Please fill out a 'Literature Request Form' (doc #L1000476) and fax it to (626) 330-8748, or go to Product Literature. (note: not all literature is available in this section.)
  • Who do we talk to once an order has left the factory (Acorn General)?
    That will depend on the information being requested. Customer Service can provide information regarding time and method of shipment, number of boxes, weight, etc.

  • What products are available in Terrazzo Material?
    Lavatories/Washfountains, Mop Sinks and Shower Bases.

  • Are there instructions available on how to clean/maintain stainless steel?

GENERAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATION NOTES:

  • Do not use submittals from one job on another. The drawings may need to be updated. We don't want products roughed in wrong!
  • Do not use a 'M-E' number assigned to one fixture on another. The 'E' portion may denote something completely different on another fixture.

    Acorn catalog pages and installation instructions are in Adobe Acrobat "PDF" file format. You need to have the Acorbat PDF viewer installed on your computer. This viewer may be installed for FREE - click here.


  • The spec sheet for the particular model I want is not in the on-line catalog.
    We have added only new and/or current STANDARD product spec sheets to the on-line catalog. Here are a few reasons why some models may not appear in the on-line catalog:

    - The product specs for some brand new products may not be fully developed for publication

    - Some product model numbers may have changed or have been grouped under a different parent model number or category.

    - The product/model number may be an older item and/or may be obsolete.

    - Only STANDARD product catalog sheets may be found on-line. Any Modified (M) or special engineered products are not included on-line.
