This option provides the fixture with a top supply. This typicall will feature a threaded top spud on the fixture to mount a exposed top supply flush valve.
This option is intended for the supply line to pass thru the wall. This typicall will feature a rear spud on the fixture to mount a concealed top supply flush valve.
Toilet design that works utilizing 1.28 gallons (4.85 liters) per flush, thereby reducing water consumption.
Designed for conservation, the toilet flush valve supplied operates with 1.6 gallon (6 liter) per flush. Standard supplied flush valve for toilet or comby uses 3.5 Gallon (13.2 Liter) per flush.
This flush valve assembly is intended to be used with Master-Trol Valve Controller and can be used on combys, toilets and urinals. The 24VAC solenoid operated flush valve features pushbutton activation and is ADA compliant. Refer to EVS catalog sheets regarding Master-Trol options and technical data.
This option is for the electronic valve system with a single Piezo pushbutton. The Piezo pushbutton has no moving parts and is touch activation. When the Piezo pushbutton is touched this closes the circuit and activates the controller connected to the flush valve.
Acorn will provide a code approved toilet flush valve operating with 3.5 gallons (13.25 liters) per flush, unless specified. When the flush valve is for a Wall Supply toilet (with a rear spud), Acorn will typically provide a concealed flush valve with a vacuum breaker and push button. If Top Supply toilet (with a top spud) is specified, an exposed flush valve with a lever is provided. All exposed parts are chrome-plated
Toilet/Urinal flush valves can be opted out as it would be supplied by others and not by Acorn.
This option is for the flush valve to be activated by a hydraulic pushbutton. This option is ADA compliant to be activated by 5 pounds of force or less. This is only available as a concealed flush valve (typically for toilet with a rear or wall supply configuration).
With concealed flush valves, when specified, Acorn will provide a code approved valve with vacuum breaker and wall mounted lever handle.
Provides an Acorn Time-Trol System for limiting frequency of flush valve operation through electronic control of a solenoid flush valve. Pushbutton conforms to ADA requirements using less than 5 lbs. to activate. Refer to individual MVC catalog sheets in Valves section for technical data.
The fixture is mounted on the floor and is plumbed for a floor waste outlet by others. This option provides an ADA compliant 18" integral toilet seat height. When used with the optional -HS Hinged Seat, the overall seat height remains ADA compliant at 19". It should be noted that fixture rough-ins will differ from standard with this option.
This option provides tamper-resistant cap nuts. The cap nuts are recommended for attachment of the wall flange of Acorn Dura-Ware toilets to the fixture supporting studs.
Selection of this option provides a durable, chip resistant color coat finish to the exterior of the fixture. See the Color Selection Sheet for standard colors; custom colors may be specified
This unique Acorn anti-flood system prevents toilet water overflow by shutting off the water supply from the flush valve. A reset button in the chase area reactivates the system only after the waste line has been cleared.
This option eliminates the requirement to manually reset the Flood-trol valve assembly by substituting a float tank for the reset button assembly. Flush valve becomes operable automatically after the flood condition has been corrected.
For use where wall thickness exceeds 2", this option allows the slip joint nut to be more accessible, making installation easier. The outlets at each end are NPT male threaded. Flush valve must be specified separately.
This option provides an attractive high polish mirror finish seat.
When specified, Acorn will provide a white plastic, hinged toilet seat. Although these seats offer obvious sanitary advantages, they are not tamper-resistant.
This option provides a full size, 16 gage galvanized steel template to aid in the rough-in of fixtures. Only one template required per job.
This option only available for use with optional Cleanout with O-ring (-CO1). This brass plug has a permanent stainless steel pin which extends downward to prevent large objects from passing through the waste piping. It is ideal for preventing mainline stoppages.
This option provides two punch holes for installations of toilet seats and seat covers.
This option provides an extended stainless steel toilet bowl housing skirt. This inhibits the use of bowl as a ligature or suicide device. Skirt extends to front of toilet bowl. This option is only available on On-Floor Toilets with Wall Waste (-2) or Floor Waste (-3).
This galvanized steel sleeve provides an opening in the wall for fixture mounting and becomes an integral part of the wall. The sleeve is typical useful in a rear mount/chase application.
This option is for the electronic valve system, namely Master-Trol and Time-Trol. The system is 24 VAC and this transformer is hardwired. Transformer is mounted to plate that fits junction box to cover connections.
This option provides unit housing with 12 gage (0.109") thick stainless steel in lieu of standard. This option is available only for Security Fixtures
This option intended to inhibit hardware, such as screws, washers, nuts & bolts, debris or other foreign material from being deposited inside the fixture bowl during construction leading up to startup in order to preventing damage to fixture finish. Toilet shipping cover is fabricated of 18 gage galvanized steel.
Sister company Acorn Vac supplies means to evacuate plumbing waste through a vacuum system. The interface of atmospheric pressure at the toilet bowl and a constant vacuum pressure in the waste piping network provides a highly efficient flush, using only half gallon (1.89 liter) of water. When the push button is activated, the Extraction Valve opens, allowing atmospheric pressure to push toilet waste into the vacuum piping and toward the vacuum center. A water valve is simultaneously activated, allowing the toilet to be rinsed and refilled.
