AcornVac allows us to
combine the security of Acorn Penal-Ware fixtures with the efficiency of a vacuum waste
system. Using only 2 quarts of water per flush, this unique system utilizes vacuum to
transport waste to a central vacuum collection module. Furthermore, by eliminating the
requirements of a gravity waste plumbing system, greater savings are achieved through
reduced construction costs. The AcornVac system also provides increased security by
virtually eliminating the inmate's ability to communicate or pass contraband between cells
along with providing a complete shutdown feature. The AcornVac system may
be used with the Acorn Master-Trol Electronic Valve Management System to provide
the highest level of security.
AcornVac can also be used for CONDENSATE WATER WASTE COLLECTION.
