Quote & Order Process

Buy American Act (BAA) & Build America, Buy America (BABA)

This is the process for all Buy American inquiries. All previous letters of compliance without a factory quote number are not valid. The steps outlined below will need to be followed for all projects requiring BAA or BABA compliance.

1. All projects will require a factory quote. Submit your request to [email protected].
2. Letters of compliance will be issued with quote. The letters will be specific to the project and the items quoted.
3. A valid quote must be submitted with the purchase order.
4. The purchase order and order transmittal must clearly state “Buy American BAA” or “Buy America.”
5. Include all signed submittals with purchase order and quote.
