Conical showerhead and provided valve choices contribute to the ligature resistant features to this shower. These showerheads and valves are mounted on a 25" (635 mm) high, rear mounted panel.Back of shower is provided with anchor tappings. Optional Wall Sleeve or Metal Template is recommended for all installations for required wall openings. Fixture is fabricated from 14 gage, type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
The mounting plate is 25" (635 mm) high x 11" wide (includes a ASSE 1016 Compliant Temperature /Pressure Balancing mixing valve a tri-lever handle.

This single temperature valve is a pneumatically operated, pushbutton valve that uses atmospheric air. The pushbutton is vandal-resistant and requires less than 5 pounds to activate valve. Valve can be remotely located up to 10 feet from the actuating button and is ideally suited for small chase areas. Metering provides an adjustable timed cycle flow from the valve. Timing is adjustable from 5 to 60 seconds. Air-Control™ features non-hold open pushbutton activation, and is provided with a stainless steel strainer and an integral checkstop. Valve conforms with the lead-free requirements of NSF61, Section 9, 1997; CHSC 116875 and ADA requirements.

9VDC Programmable Piezo button(s) with 10’ foot connection leads are operated by touching piezo cap to activate solenoid valve. Button(s) have a default 8 second metered flow, but can be programed for additional time on site. Flow cycle can be stopped by touching the Piezo cap before the flow cycle ends. Button(s) are powered by 9VDC transformer or optional 6 AA battery pack (Batteries Not Included).
Option -BRS Brass Valve Body & checkstop assembly are pneumatically operated, pushbutton valves that use atmospheric air. The pushbutton is vandal-resistant and requires less than 5 pounds to activate valve. Valve can be remotely located up to 10 feet from the actuating button and is ideally suited for small chase areas. Air-Control valves are provided with a stainless steel strainer, a brass integral checkstop and conforms with the lead-free requirements of NSF61, Section 9, 1997; Federal Public Law 111-380 and ADA requirements. The -BRS Brass Valve Body option is also available with the 24V solenoid operated valves.

Valve assemblies can be manifolded to serve up to four fixtures from a single supply inlet. The valve assembly can be remotely located up to 10 feet away from the actuation pushbuttons. Two Single Temperature valves or two sets of Hot & Cold valves are manifolded. Option is available on Acorn Air-Control™ Valves or valves utilizing Master-Trol or Time-Trol.
This option provides a full size, 16 gage galvanized steel template to aid in the rough-in of fixtures. Only one template required per job.
This galvanized steel sleeve provides an opening in the wall for fixture mounting and becomes an integral part of the wall. The sleeve is typical useful in a rear mount/chase application.
