This surface-mounted soap dish is constructed of heavy gage, type 304 stainless steel. The body is designed with a drain hole to keep bar soap dry.
Use of this option allows for a higher flow rate of 2.0 Gallons (7.58 Liters) per Minute versus the standard 1.6 Gallon (6 Liters) per Minute. This flow rate of 2.0 gallons will no longer be available for use in the state of California after July 2018.
This specification provides for manual adjustment of spray volume. It does, however, prevent positive shutoff.
The suffix option provides a hex key control for the spray volume. This limits the adjustment to authorized personnel. This suffix option offers the same advantages as -H Hand Volume Control.
The Multi-Stream, Ball Joint Shower Nozzle is available on all Acorn Shower- Ware® systems. The spray pattern is created through a multiple orifice design and is bather adjustable to create a narrow stream or wide pattern. It is ideal in areas that are not prone to vandalism, such as hotels and athletic clubs where the user may desire a more luxuriant shower. Unit may be configured for standard Shower-Ware shower head or for Bent Arm applications -not shown; must specify.
In applications where vandalism is a primary concern, this shower head prevents the user from altering the spray or removing nozzle. Spray adjustment is made through the nozzle with a hex key. Specification of Penal Head prevents selection of additional shower head options.
This suffix option permits movement of the shower head in all directions, allowing the bather to adjust the spray pattern as needed.
This modification of the standard shower head has a set screw to lock the head into desired positions. This serves to prevent water discharge into drying areas, aisles, and doorways, which is especially beneficial in group shower applications.
Specification of this suffix option will not allow the spray head to be manipulated from side to side, preventing flooding outside of tubs. In group shower applications, it prevents the spraying of adjacent bathers.
Like suffix option -YY, this specification allows the shower head to be set and locked into position along its vertical arc of movement.
