Secur-Care® Ligature-Resistant, WaterSense Shower Head, Panel Mounted
Acorn provides this shower head designed to be rear mounted with a panel. The shower head features ligature-resistant conical design. The shower head has been certified by IAPMO per EPA WaterSense criteria and has qualified for the official EPA WaterSense directory.
Product Function: The showerhead is designed to meet the needs for ligature-resistance, water conservation and vandal resistance.
Regularly Furnished: The Showerhead includes a Removable Vandal Resistant Stainless Steel Non-Aerated Multi-Stream Spray Nozzle fitted with a 1.5 GPM (5.7 LPM) Flow Regulator. The Conical Body and Spray Insert are machined from solid type 303 stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish. The conical shape of the Showerhead provides a 30° degree spray angle and prevents it from being used as a ligature point.

It is not a replacement for professionals who are trained in the proper evaluation, management and supervision of persons at risk of suicide. Other Ligature-Resistant component are necessary including but not limited to shower valves. The showerhead as provided has be certified to meet EPA WaterSense Criteria. The nozzle is removable for cleaning purposes.
