Ligature-Resistant ADA Solid Surface Detention Toilet - Siphon Jet Waste Outlet

The Secur-Care® ADA Compliant Ligature Resistant Fixture is arranged for installation on a finished wall and service from a fully accessible rear pipe chase. Solid Surface Toilet is designed to foster a peaceful, normative environment, combining a stylish, sleek appearance with enhanced safety. Its Universal Design supports ligature resistance and ADA accessibility while incorporating vandal resistance in detention settings.

The Siphon Jet unit allows retrofit to fit existing Toilet Waste rough-ins to ease installation and save labor.

Static load rating for the On-Floor Bowl is IAPMO Certified to withstand 25,000 lbs. [11,340 kg] without permanent damage, providing vandal resistance and long-term durability for demanding environments.

The toilet bowl interior is rimless to allow easier, more sanitary cleaning while eliminating ligature points where objects can be wedged. Its unique Flushing Rim design delivers a full 360-degree rinse to wash down the Bowl interior.

The On-Floor Toilet is a siphon jet type with an Elongated Bowl and conforms to ASME A112.19.2, CSA B45.1, ASME A112.19.3, CSA B45.4, ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and is WaterSense® Certified. The toilet requires a minimum flow pressure of 25 PSI and has a minimum water consumption of 1.28 Gallon (4.8 Liter) per Flush. Toilet P-trap and Siphon Jet Fittings are fabricated of type 304 stainless steel. P-trap has a minimum 3-1/2" seal, and will pass a 2-1/8" ball.

Toilet Housing, Bowl, and Seat are constructed of Corterra® Solid Surface Polymer Resin, which is GREENGUARD® Gold listed. The solid-surface components conform to ANSI/ICPA SS-1 for durability, chemical resistance, and impact performance. Toilet Housing color is Blanco Gloss -OCC11 (White).

Integral Toilet Seat features a contrasting color to enhance visibility or assist users with cognitive impairment. Seat color is Corterra® -OCC21 Moonstone Metallic (Gray Gloss) and optionally available in OCC11 Blanco (Glossy White) to match Toilet Housing and Bowl color.

Corterra® Solid Surface Component Testing: When tested in accordance with ASTM E84-21a, achieved a Flame Spread Index of 0 and a Smoke Developed Index of 20, meeting the requirements for a Class A interior finish material classification (Flame Spread Index 0-25; Smoke Developed Index ≤450) under the International Building Code (IBC) and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. Refer to the Corterra® Technical Data Sheet for additional performance characteristics.

Toilet Wall Waste Outlet connection includes a 2-3/8” OD Stainless Steel Plain End (2” IPS) to make-up connection with Industry Standard No-Hub Connector. Specify Rough-In for replacement. Wall Supply Inlet -W includes a 1-1/2" Female NPT Flushing Inlet connection for Wall (Concealed) Flush Valve supply.
