Blowout Jet, Retrofit Toilet Assembly

This retrofit assembly is to be welded onto an existing toilet/lavatory combination (comby) in a security facility. The assembly features a new toilet bowl rated at 1.28 gallon (4.85 liters) per flush. This is great improvement from existing toilet bowls rated from 3.5 gallons (13.25 liters) up to 5 gallons (18.93 liters) per flush. The assembly can be field or factory welded onto existing comby fixture by removing existing comby from wall, cutting out bowl, waste and flushing inlet components.

Toilet is a blowout jet type with an elongated bowl. It will flush with a minimum of 25 PSI flow pressure when used in conjunction with a minimum of 1.28 gallon (4.85 liter) per flush. Toilet p-trap has a minimum of 3-1/2" (88.9 mm) seal and will pass a 2-1/8" (54 mm) ball. Toilet waste outlet is 2-3/8" (60.3 mm) diameter plain end extending 3" (76.2 mm) beyond the back of the unit.

Regularly Furnished with replacement bowl, patch panel, flushing inlet connection, waste extension and reinforcement channels.
