Three Station Stainless Steel Apex Shower

Housing is 18-gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.

Option -WH - As a preference, this wider shower option provides enhanced comfort, accessibility, and design flexibility.  The wider footprint provides a more comfortable showering experience, giving users additional room to move, turn, and maneuver without feeling confined. The increased space also enhances accessibility, accommodating features such as shower benches, grab bars, and wheelchair access. Ideal for renovation projects, it can help simplify remodeling by covering existing tile areas, allowing usable tiles to be relocated to repair damaged areas elsewhere.

Supply Piping is a flex hose with bronze or wrought copper fittings. Showerhead riser and valve supply inlet piping may differ. Supply stub-out is sized to provide adequate water to each head simultaneously. Piping is hydrostatically tested at 150 PSI.

Control Valve type is indicated by the selected Apex model number. All valves have replaceable cartridges which contain all wearing parts and are serviced from the face of the shower for easy maintenance. The valve is tamper-resistant and may include an easy-to-close mechanism and low-leverage handle to protect the operating parts from excessive torque.

Temperature-Pressure Balance Mixing Valve - For applications requiring precise temperature control, an ASSE 1016-compliant model is available. The typical configuration features an ADA-compliant, ligature-resistant tri-lever handle for intuitive and secure operation. This valve option is supplied by our sister company, Acorn Controls, providing a reliable solution for maintaining a comfortable and consistent water temperature.

Showerheads are solid brass, triple chrome-plated, and include a built-in 1.6 GPM flow restrictor. The Acorn Logan Wizard Showerhead features self-cleaning with every use and an adjustable spray pattern ranging from a coarse stream to a fine mist.

Fasteners. Acorn furnishes all exposed tamper-resistant fasteners necessary to complete the on-site shower assembly; however, concealed wall fasteners or anchor shields are not furnished.

When Option CSH-WSA is specified, the showerhead is designed to meet ligature-resistance and water-conservation requirements.
